    I am on the computer at work and again at home for at least 10 hours.     A full range of shoulder motion is so important to the golf swing and taking divots has taken its toll on my shoulders over the years. I have been using the stretch strap for 5 weeks and my pain is much better and I can feel the range of motion increasing every day.  I strap it to the golf cart and I stretch my shoulders before I hit balls and during my round to keep my back and shoulders loose.

    This past winter I crashed hard trying a jump and I severely injured my shoulder and neck.  The doctors said I over stretched all my muscles and ligaments and that I may get arthritis later in life.  No one mentioned that if i didn’t rehab it properly i would get scar tissue that would cause me a lot more pain.     I am an online blogger so I spend hours online searching, reading, chatting, and typing and by the end of the day my neck and shoulders are aching.  I didn’t realize how much strain I was putting on my neck by using a laptop.  My pain had gotten so bad that I was doing physical therapy 4 days a week and massages twice a week to just try and alleviate some of the pain.  No one ever showed me how to stretch those muscles.
